Hi-Tech has the capability and specialization in producing Tops & Bottoms consisting of Formal Wear and Casual Wear.
Hi-Tech works based on a scientific style of planning and control. Production space is booked as per our understanding with buyers and depending on customer’s requirement as well as nature of the product. As an overview of our existing offer in Jordan bellow is the operating capacity.
Cutting department contains a team of expert Incharge and operators. Cutting is done 90% through Auto Spreader and Gerber Auto Cutter & 10% Manual. Markers are issued through GGT system. Lot wise fabric spreading and cutting ensures quality of cut parts resulting into best quality garments.
We have 11 Embroidery Machines in our Facilityenabling us to handle all sorts of Embroidery andAppliqué application.We can produce approximately 45000Dzn/Month.
Garments are First trimmed then sent for Snapping/Button & Rivet attachments + Ornamentations, Embossing, Rhinestone, Templates ,Heat seals etc. Garments are pressed & fully inspected in terms of specs, shade, presentation etc. A separate team is allocated to pack the passed goods as per customer’s requirement’s.
